Food Tech Pancakes

Today At Food tech, we learnt the basics of making Pancakes. I was working with my buddy Breeana and our Pancakes were alright, I did the measuring of the Ingredients and both of us made our own Pancakes. Although it looked a bit burnt it tasted really fluffy and delicious.

Food Tech Chocolate Muffins

Today the 15th May 2018. Me and My partner (Latonio) Worked together and made Chocolate Muffins. Our mixture turned out great because I (Pauline) measured the exact measurements of ingredients for the Mixture. Latonio mixed it well which made the mixture look really smooth. When we got it out of the oven, it wasn't as burnt as we expected. The texture is just right, non sticky and burnt.
