Today we made Burger Bun's. We followed the simple way of making the dough. Our dough was all good, nothing was wrong with it. We kneaded the dough with flour and transferred our finished dough onto a tin tray. Although our oven was needed to be off, our dough wasn't rising much so we turned our oven to 150 degrees to increase the rising of the dough. When taking out of the oven, our bun's looked really nice and crispy besides the appearance of the cracks, it tasted not too plain but just right.
